Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled booking. After this period, the deposit is no longer refundable.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows:

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled booking or fail to show up for your appointment without emailing to notify me, full payment for the session will be required before booking any future services.
