I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING DUNGEON RULES AND INFORMATION: * All people present for the rental MUST be present at the start of the rental time for the orientation, no exceptions. * Included in the rental is use of the space, including all theme rooms, equipment, and 75% of the BDSM toys on the premises. There are also a private washroom, shower, and clean towels available for your use. There are no kitchen facilities but there is an electric tea kettle, tea and mugs. * I understand that any insertible toys (dildos, butt plugs, sounds etc.) must be brought from home if I wish to use them, and I WILL NOT use any I may find on the premises. * I understand that I may generally use any toys that are out on display, and that toys tucked in drawers, cabinets, shelves, lockers, or closets are NOT for public use. * I understand that the dungeon is in a self-contained studio in a larger house, with its own entrance and lock. I understand that while I will have privacy in the dungeon studio, there will be someone on the premises in the other apartment in the building for security. * I agree to keep the location discreet and confidential. * I agree to take financial responsibility for any damage to toys, equipment, or the facility that occurs as a result of my visit. * I understand that smoking, recreational drugs, alcohol, vaping, poppers, open flame, video-recording (without prior permission), hot wax play, strong scents/perfumes, blood play, scat play, WAM (Wet and Messy) play, animals and minors are strictly prohibited on or near the premises. * I understand that I am to keep all curtains closed during my visit, and that all toys and equipment used should be left out on the bondage table at the end of my rental for cleaning. * I understand that I must be ready to leave the premises at the end of my rental time, not just starting to clean up and get things together. I will take this into consideration when I decide on length of rental. * I understand that in the event of cancellation, the fee is refundable in full until 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled booking, after which it is no longer refundable. If the cancellation occurs a full 24 hours (1 day) before the scheduled booking, the fee can be applied to a rescheduled rental time within one month of the cancelled rental. Signed,
