Indian Head Massage is a wonderful 30-minute massage where the receiver is fully clothed and work is done to the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. The techniques used originate from India where massage is commonly used between family members. As most of us hold tension in our neck and shoulders, the treatment is excellent for relaxing muscle and mind. The benefits are increased circulation to the areas, reduction of tension, and an overall feeling of wellbeing. The instructor will cover the anatomy of the areas to be worked on and give some information on classical massage techniques, including a little about the history, benefits, effects and conditions that Indian Head Massage will help. This will be followed by lots of hands-on experiential instruction in how to do the treatment on our Femdom volunteer recipients.
