This experiential course designed for BDSM practitioners of all genders delves into the multiple applications of mindfulness for enhancing both the kink experience and your overall wellbeing. Participants will be led through introspective, kink-related exercises designed to heighten awareness of the challenges to being present and provide practical tools to overcome them.
Taught by 15+ year Pro and Lifestyle Dominant Shahrazad who weaves into her instruction an eclectic knowledge base that draws from Jungian psychology, Shamanism, human potential studies and degrees in Social Work and Sexuality Studies.
