Knife play is what happens at the convergence of sharp steel and soft flesh, eliciting sharp intakes of breath, wide eyes, a good dose of fear, and an even bigger hit of arousal. This workshop, aimed at both absolute beginners and intermediate players, intends to impart the foundational knowledge that folks need to start experimenting with this sexy, and edgy, kink. We will cover different types of knife scenes, how to make knife play “safer”, how to choose a knife, knife care and cleaning, how to hold knives during play, negotiating knife scenes, and more!
